Dave served with the pentecostal church in Congo for ten years throughout the 1980s. Upon his return to the UK, he was in church leadership in a non-denominational church for 28 years. Dave highly values local church and currently serves as SSM Curate and part-time as the Pastoral Coordinator for St John’s in Burscough. He loves to see people equipped for service in the church and runs Emmanuel’s Pop-Up Theology course which aims to make studying theology accessible to the many not the few.
